At Clotilde Senillosa we give you all the facilities

If you have received your package and you are not entirely sure about your purchase, remember that you have 15 days since you received your package to make any change / return.

For this, the garment must be with its original labeling and must be in the same conditions.

How do I start the process to correctly make an exchange or return?

Send us an email to clotilde@senillosa.es or to tel 696898200 informing if you wish to make a return or an exchange with the invoice number that was sent to you by mail and the model you wish to exchange or return. In order to agree with us what type of collection you will need:

Options to make a return or exchange:

1) Deliver the garment in our store in Barcelona C/ Laforja 89 clotilde store 08021

2) Sending the garments on your own: you can send us the garments that you want to return or exchange for another size/color with the company of your choice to C/ Laforja 89 Barcelona 08021

3) We will pick it up for you: write to us at clotilde@senillosa.es and we will send it to be picked up at the address you indicate

After examining the article, if the piece is in the same conditions in which it was sent, the return will be made as soon as possible in the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.

If you have chosen return option 3 (we pick it up for you) you will be credited the amount to be returned less the carrier’s costs, which will be the same as the shipping costs.

When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.
